A new page is in work: A powerful Monitor ROM for the MZ-800 which has a lot of additional functions, commands, and high expanded routines. It replaces the MZ-800 monitor ROM 9Z-504M and the monitor is compatible to the monitor 9Z-504M except that it does not support any Quick Disk drive. The routines for the QD are replaced by routines which support up to 4 floppy drives. The monitor ROM can be used by an emulator and ( if you burn it into a 16 kb ROM ) by your MZ-800 / MZ-1500.

A new version of Michael Franzen's emulator is available for download. The new version has corrected some coding for the PCG700 emulation. The emulator supports the MZ-800 PCG too.

A new version 0.401 of the EmuZ2000 is available. The source code is available for download.

A new emulator seems to be coming soon which will emulate the MZ-80CK/C/E/1200 ( Japanese only ).

I start now to tell you anything I know about the PCG700 from HAL Laboratory. The first step will show you the installation of the PCG700 and pages for operation and programming will follow next. Further programming examples and utilities will be added soon and some PCG-games for download too.

A new version of the MZ-700 / MZ-800 emulator written by Michal Medek / Czechoslovakia is available for download. All texts of the menus are translated to English now.

I have included the documentation for the PCG-700-BASIC in the downloadable ZIP-file.

A new version of the MZ-700 / MZ-800 emulator written by Michal Medek / Czechoslovakia is available for download. It supports floppy disk, Quick Disk, and the RAM-disk and it can emulate the MZ-700 and the MZ-800. FONT-files can be selected ( Japanese, own, etc. ).

A new version of the MZ-700 emulator written by Bernd Krueger-Knauber / Germany is available for download. The emulator has now a new Z80 core. The result is the emulator is now much more faster if executing BASIC programs and accessing disks is now 60 percent faster. The performance of your own programs is much more higher too if your programs use bank switching.

A new version of Zdenìk's MZ-800-emulator is available for download. It supports the QuickDisk drive MZ-1F11 and its interface now.

Michael Franzen made an update for his multi-system emulator. The update was done to expand the reset-function and relates to the QuickDisk only.

06/12/02 A new multi-system and multi-platform emulator is available. The MCE ( Multi Computer Environment ) emulates the ZX Spectrum 48k / 128k, its Russian clones Pentagon 512k and Scorpion 256k, the Czech Tesla PMD-85 version 1 / 2, and the SHARP MZ-800 ( the Amstrad CPC-464 will follow ).

The emulator has very much features and is written by Roman Dolejsi / Czech Republic.

You can expand the MCE for your own favorite system !
