All the downloadable files are ZIP-files and they contain MZF- or DSK-formatted files. Additional TXT-, ASM-, and LST-files may be included. The file size shown includes the header size of 128 bytes for MZF-formatted files. That means, the memory size used in the MZ will be the file size reduced by the header size.

This disk copy utility was written in December 15, 1979.

This is a modified version of CPDREAD for the MZ-80K only. It creates disk images having 128 bytes / sector and uses FM.

You can use the disk images by the multisystem emulator written by Michael Franzen. You also can extract all programs from the image by this emulator.

You need a 5.25 floppy (drive B) and plain DOS.

The cross loader was written by J. Duyf / Netherlands and supports up to 4 drives. It has the following functions:

• Directory display
• Load
• Save
• Header display
• Modify header
• Restart
• ! goback to the monitor program

For example: You can load a program from drive 4 and save it to drive 2.

This utility sorts the file names in the floppy directory.

MASTERSLAVE / Boot Slave version 1.0 from May 1982 and MASTERSLAVE version 1.2 from May 1983; written by BAKERSOFT. Both versions are in the downloadable ZIP-file.

Changes the volume serial number of the disk.

The RAMTEST utility writes permanently $00, $01, $02... to $FF into the RAM area from $1000 to $CFFF and re-reads these values until you use the RESET / POWER key of the MZ-80K. If the memory is damaged, the utility displays the first memory address which is in error and the value written to the memory.

The utility is loaded into the VRAM area. A disassembled documentation is included.
